♦ We accept Cash, Postal Money Orders and Personal Checks only. Pay Pal is currently not accepted at this time. We do NOT accept cashiers/bank checks. If paying by money order we recommend that you send payment second day priority mail with delivery confirmation, that way the envelope can be tracked.
♦ Unfortionately I cannot hold any reptile. This is unfare to others. The first customers payment recieved, gets the reptile. If your payment arrives late and the reptile is no longer available we will promptly return your payment.
♦ All orders must be pre-paid before shipment. Orders paid by personal check will be delayed until the check has cleared. This normally takes 3-5 business days.

♦SHIPPING & RETURNS♦
♦ All LIVE orders are shipped through Fedex Overnight or USPS Express depending on weight and what we are shipping. Double boxing and heat packs are an additional $3. You have the choice to refuse this service but the live arrival guarantee will be waved.
♦ All LIVE orders will only be shipped Monday - Wednesday.
♦ All other orders such as Merchandise will be shipped through USPS, UPS or Fedex ground. You may upgrade to a faster service upon request. Orders may ship Monday - Friday. Tracking numbers are available upon request.
♦ P.I.R. offers a 100% live arrival guarantee as long as you are home to sign for the package. If you do not sign for the package when it is delivered then this guarantee is void. After payment is received you may contact us or we will contact you to set up a time that you will be home to receive the package. A tracking number will be emailed to you shortly after shipment. Packages carring live animals or reptiles will be sent with signature required.
♦ D.O.A. - If by chance your reptile or live animal purchase is DEAD ON ARRIVAL and you have signed for the package when it was delivered you must contact us within 24 hours with the problem. We are more then happy to give you a refund of the purchase price or send you another reptile of equal or lesser value (less S/H), your choice. If we are not contacted within 24 hours of the delivery time the Live Arrival Guarantee will be void. Upon refund or credit towards another reptile or live animal you may be required to ship the reptile back. There will be instructions on how to do so.
♦ All Merchandise Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
♦ All Merchandise Returns MUST be authorized by us before shipping them back. You will receive a RETURN Authorization Number.
